Olivier et Blandine sont exploitants au May sur Evre sur une exploitation de 70 ha. Depuis 2010, ils se sont lancés dans la vente directe (viande de lapin, pâté, rillettes …). La nourriture des lapins se compose principalement des aliments de la ferme (blé, orge, avoine, foin) et quand ils sont malades, ils sont soignés avec des plantes médicinales. Olivier and Blandine are farmers in the May sur Evre, on a 173 acre farm. Since 2010, they do direct sales (rabbit meat, pâté, potted meat, …).
